This is a small multi use brush. It a great little detailer to add and deepen in the outer v of the eyes for a smokey eye. It small, tappered and compact you can use it as a lip brush. You can use it to apply shadow under the eye and smudge it out. 
Or my favourite way to use this brush is to smudge out winged eyeliner to give a soft subtle defined eye.
